*How well does it survive or colonize the digestive track?
*Would eating these products regularly help those with Celiac’s Disease, gluten allergy or casein allergy because of the production on DPPIV?
*If it can colonize in the intestines can it also help keep candida albicans in check through it’s production of cellulase?
